First, foundation pouring
1. 2. Pay attention to keep the embedded parts and foundation on the same level as the original ground (or the top of the screw is on the same level as the original ground, depending on the needs of the site), and one side should be parallel to the road; this will ensure that the pole is erected at the back end. Not skewed. Then, it is fixed by C20 concrete pouring, and the vibration of the vibrating rod should not be stopped during the pouring process to ensure the overall compactness and firmness.

3. After the construction is completed, the residual sludge on the positioning plate should be cleaned in time, and the impurities on the bolts should be cleaned with waste oil (the bolt position can be wrapped with tape before construction to prevent too many magazines from attaching to it, affecting the installation progress).

4. During the solidification process of the concrete, it should be watered and maintained regularly; until the concrete is completely solidified (usually more than 72 hours), the chandelier can be installed.

Second, the installation of lamps
1. Fixing the luminaire: All the components of the integrated solar street lamp are concentrated together, no need to be fixedly connected with the split solar street lamp, only need to open the switch (usually the switch pops up to open parallel to the frame), if daytime When installed, the sensor head red light, start generating electricity, indicating that the system is normal; if it is installed in the dark, it will light directly.

2. Before lifting the pole, first check whether the fasteners in each part are firm, and if the lamp is installed correctly, wait for everything to be normal before lifting.

3. When lifting the main pole, pay attention to safety precautions; the screws are absolutely fastened. If the head is biased towards the angle, the installation angle needs to be adjusted in time.

If the user installs the luminaire on the ground, the precautions are as follows:
1. Solar streetlights use solar radiation as energy source. Whether the sunlight on the photocell modules is sufficient directly affects the lighting effect of the lamps. Therefore, when selecting the installation position of the lamps, the solar modules can be exposed to sunlight at any time, and no Covering objects such as leaves.
